Huafeng Microfiber Company, a subsidiary of Huafeng Group, as a veteran member of the group's industry and a pioneer in digital practices, has proactively laid out MES manufacturing execution system in 2015, building a digital foundation for production execution and material flow, and can assist in supporting product inspection and quality traceability; Further launch of SAP system in 2020 to achieve the construction of financial basic accounting.


With the continuous expansion of business scale, Huafeng Microfiber urgently needs to further refine its market and product positioning, and continuously improve its production management efficiency. Under the guidance of Huafeng Group, the company has decided to build a digital platform that covers the core business of the enterprise. Based on years of digital construction accumulation, Huafeng Microfiber has decided to launch the construction of MOM operation and management platform with strategic vision, positioning the platform as the core cornerstone for reconstructing the microfiber business management system and deepening business transformation. At the same time, the sustainable development goal of "not falling behind in 7 years and not collapsing in 10 years" has been clearly proposed for the platform. This forward-looking layout not only requires the platform architecture to have evolving technological scalability, but also needs to build a flexible base that supports business dynamic adaptation, and supports the agile response and dynamic optimization of the production and operation system in organizational change, process innovation, and market fluctuations.



After sorting out various business specifications in this project, the MOM platform of the production and operation system is used as the core business system. By deeply integrating CRM, SAP, MDM and other system functional modules and implementing intelligent upgrades, a full chain management system integrating smart marketing, smart products, smart planning, smart production, smart quality control, and smart logistics is built. Through ultimate structured business, closed-loop management of the business front end is achieved. And optimize the existing SAP system to better position it as a backend financial system after the integration of business and finance. The project revolves around six key transformation measures and implements eight core goals:



Six key reform measures


  1. Transforming the front-end marketing model: balancing customer demand orientation and demand guidance, strengthening contract and business risk management.

  2. Integrate product process technology: Series and standardize product process technology, and structure manufacturing transmission.

  3. Strengthen standard execution management: Build around one item, one code, one standard, and strengthen the closed-loop control of production and quality processes.

  4. Refactoring supply planning and operation: Taking demand as the sole driving force for supply chain planning, developing multi-level push and pull strategies, and improving warehousing and logistics support.

  5. Closed loop business decision analysis: Build a production cost accounting model (standard cost, quoted cost), identify cost drivers, and identify key points for business improvement.

  6. Building a data value system: Improve master data standards and standardize business data execution to ensure data application analysis.

The first phase of the MOM operation management platform construction project, jointly built by Huafeng Chaoxian and SIE Information, has been successfully launched in November 2024. Looking back on the project's arduous journey, both teams have measured the path of digital transformation with a craftsman's heart. Under the leadership of the project management team, the project team has established a scientific and effective project management and reward and punishment system. Through the stage milestone meeting monthly meeting weekly meeting daily battle mechanism, a closed-loop management from planning to process follow-up to completion and review has been achieved. The high sense of responsibility of the project team runs through the entire project, which is the core element and fundamental guarantee of project success.


The first phase of the project lasted nearly a year, from requirement analysis to scheme design, from system construction to functional testing, from blueprint conception to online switching. A total of 137 key task special meetings were held, 246 meeting minutes were accumulated, 138 functional development instructions were output, 157 test reports were prepared, and more than 250000 static data lines were generated... These continuously iterating digital assets are not only the solid foundation for the successful climb of the project, but also the time stamp of sincere cooperation between both parties. With the continuous deepening and application of the first phase achievements of MOM system, its value is gradually highlighted in the entire production and operation chain. Faced with the new digital demands arising from the deeper integration of systems and businesses, as well as the improvement of more business management, the construction of the MOM system phase II project has fully begun. The construction of the second phase project will focus on "system reinforcement" and "business improvement" as the axis, and strive to build a new generation of intelligent manufacturing system that integrates data and intelligence. At the same time, it will promote the landing of artificial intelligence technology application scenarios and explore the formation of a new operation and management model driven by digitalization.


Looking ahead to the future, after the successful completion of the second phase of the project, it will gradually expand deep collaboration with the Huafeng Group's industrial matrix based on the cooperation with Huafeng Microfiber. As the digital technology genes of SIE Information continue to integrate with the industrial genes of Huafeng Enterprise, this intelligent transformation that began in the microfiber materials industry will eventually evolve into the core digital driving force for high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry, engraving a solid transformation benchmark in the wave of industrial transformation.
