As a leading enterprise digital solution provider in China, SIE Information was invited to attend the "intelligent manufacturing" industry sub forum on the afternoon of June 7, to jointly discuss the current industry development form, future development direction and prospect in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
At the meeting, all entrepreneurs mentioned that traditional enterprises, especially labor-intensive enterprises, were greatly affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, and the impact on the epidemic was directly faced with the pressure of life and death. And those enterprises that started early and have a high degree of digital transformation are relatively less affected, and some even achieve counter trend development. A crisis has led more companies to find new directions for digital upgrading and transformation. It can be said that the epidemic has accelerated the digitalization process of China's economy and society.
SIE believes that the core of industrial Internet is "interconnection", which is the key and foundation for manufacturing industry to realize intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent manufacturing focuses on the automatic flow of software defined control data, improving and solving the overall manufacturing and operational efficiency of enterprises through digital means, thereby addressing the uncertainty of complex manufacturing processes. SIE also shared the case of a brand in the household appliance industry that successfully transitioned through digital transformation during the epidemic. Through SIE's SMOM (SIE Information Manufacturing Operation Management Platform), the original project was digitally upgraded and restructured, and the "information islands" between modules were opened up. The overall manufacturing efficiency was increased by 10%, the production loss was reduced by 10%, and the traceability accuracy was improved to 99.9%. The transformation of the "digital factory" was realized, so that production could be quickly resumed after the epidemic.
Intelligent manufacturing is the core production factor for sustainable development of future enterprises. China Development Bank has also announced that it will provide a total financing of 360 billion yuan in 2020 to support the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, with a focus on supporting technological innovation and the development of strategic emerging industries. Driven by the industrial Internet strategy and "new infrastructure", the digital transformation and upgrading of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is accelerating.
After 15 years of development, SIE's business layout and coverage of the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Northeast, Central China, Southwest and other regions, especially as its headquarters in Guangzhou, and the establishment of a national research and development building in Shunde, SIE has provided and implemented services for many customer enterprises in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area through the practice and continuous innovation of digital solutions, and has accumulated rich application scenarios and practical experience. In the future, SIE will also give full play to its advantages to help enterprises in the Greater Bay Area and Chinese enterprises to achieve digital transformation.
