In order to improve the ability of vocational education to serve the "strong core casting soul" strategy and the level of industrial digital transformation, and promote the deep integration of industry and education in the professional construction of industrial software field and the comprehensive connection between schools and enterprises, with the approval of the education administration department, Shenzhen Information Polytechnic Institute led 26 vocational colleges in 12 provinces and cities in Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Anhui, Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, and Guangdong and a total of 36 units in 10 leading enterprises in the industrial software field to jointly launch the establishment of the Industrial Software Vocational Education Group. SIE Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SIE") was invited to participate in the conference.

The founding conference and professional construction seminar of the Industrial Software Vocational Education Group were held in a combination of online and offline methods. Lu Xin, President of the China Vocational and Technical Education Association and former Deputy Minister of Education, Cai Maozhou, Director and Inspector of the Shenzhen Education Bureau, Liu Jin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shenzhen Information Vocational and Technical College, Wang Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, Xu Zhiliang, member of the Party Committee and Vice President, and other leaders and group unit leaders attended the meeting.

Lu Xin stated that the establishment of the Industrial Software Vocational Education Group is an implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on solving the "bottleneck" problem, an important measure to address key issues in industrial upgrading, and of great significance for optimizing the positioning of vocational education types and reshaping a good social ecology for vocational education. She emphasized that the Industrial Software Vocational Education Group should enhance its historical initiative and consciousness, make due contributions to the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry and the development of strategic emerging industries, strengthen the awareness, measures and efforts of "filling the knowledge gap", and provide talent support for the development and application of industrial software.

Qiu Shuiping pointed out that good industrial software is used to create demand. The primary problem faced by China's industrial software field in order to achieve autonomy and controllability is the lack of a large number of applied and development oriented talents. It is urgent for vocational colleges to improve the scale and ability of talent cultivation. The Digital Industrial Software Alliance is actively building a platform for the close integration of domestic industrial software and education. Currently, it is planning to provide a series of software and courseware resource packages for vocational colleges, striving to regain the "lost thirty years" of industrial development.

At the conference seminar, as the executive director unit of the Vocational Education Group, Wang Jun, the general manager of SIE Information Brand Public Relations Department, made a report and shared on the talent concept of industrial software R&D enterprises. He mentioned that currently, the overall demand for software talents in China is in short supply, especially the urgent need for specialized, high-end, and versatile talents. From the perspective of industrial software R&D enterprises, he analyzed the necessity and urgency of developing industrial software talents in China, and elaborated the development direction of industrial software technology by comparing the training forms of industrial software talents at home and abroad. At the same time, he shared the talent demand direction of industrial software R&D enterprises with the conference site in combination with SIE's years of practical experience in the field of industrial software.
After 16 years of development, SIE now has nearly 5000 compound industrial software talents with rich IT consulting and implementation experience. With the continuous increase of independent innovation and R&D investment in industrial software products, the demand for compound industrial software talents is also increasing. In the process of enterprise development, SIE Information has cooperated with South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangdong Normal University of Technology and other professional universities to carry out technological innovation practice cooperation, with a good environment for technical guidance and R&D application practice.
